
As a Sales Development Representative, you are part of the part of the team that initiates contact with new customers. Leads and Prospective customers for our innovative SaaS products for customer management and automation are in various industries and you have a strong suite of software to offer. You will do research, find leads, and book meetings to initiate the sales process. You will also follow up incoming leads. You will use your presence in social media to get messages out and can use the right digital channels to find people in companies.
With a solid introduction and continuous coaching from the more experienced salespeople, the aim is for you to develop into being able to take the sales process further and eventually run your own sales meetings and deals.
Sweet
Sweet Systems develops smart and stylish solutions that digitize the work of sales, service and marketing departments. Everything from CRM systems and digital forms to case management and automation.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- As a Sales Development Representative, you have an ability to transform problems into solutions and visualize the solutions that customers like.
- You will receive strong training in complex sales of IT solutions within CRM, Automation and Digitilization.
- You have a high presence in Social Media such as LinkedIn and know how to use Social Media to reach out and find the right person and company.

- You are creative, social, and focused.
- You are very interested in IT.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
