Our commitment to accessibility
We want to inform you that we are actively working to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which must be implemented in Sweden by June 28, 2025. Read more in the link about who is affected by the act and how. Our goal is to ensure that our digital forms, Sweet Forms, are accessible to all users by adhering to the WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines.
Focus on improving accessibility
We are particularly focused on improving accessibility in our form responses and the overview in our “form flows” feature. It is important to us that these areas are as user-friendly as possible for everyone. Here are some of the specific measures we are taking:
Form responses
- Easy-to-read texts: We review our form responses to ensure the language is simple and clear.
- Clear instructions: We provide clear and concise instructions to facilitate form completion.
- Adjustable texts: The ability to adjust text size and contrast to make reading easier for users with visual impairments.
Form flows
- Logical navigation: We are improving the structure of our form flows to make them more intuitive.
- Keyboard navigation: All functions should be fully accessible via the keyboard, without the need for a mouse.
- Screen reader compatibility: We ensure that our form flows work smoothly with various screen reader programs.
Accessibility statement
We will soon publish a detailed accessibility statement that describes our work and the specific measures we have taken to improve the accessibility of our services. This statement will provide an overview of our goals and progress, as well as the methods we use to ensure we meet WCAG 2.2 level AA requirements.
