Statement of Accessability
Commitment to accessibility
At Sweet Systems (the organization), we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
The organization shall explicitly define and document its approach to meeting legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: level A, level AA, and level AAA. The organization aims to achieve WCAG 2.2 level AA conformance by June 28, 2025 , in compliance with the European accessibility act (EEA) that will be applied by Swedish law.
Scope
The first phase of the accessibility implementation will focus on the product Sweet Forms. The scope is to implement the gap assessed by a third party to meet the requirements of WCAG 2.2 level AA. This will affect different parts of the Sweet Forms application such as end user form design elements and form overview.
Out of scope
The scope of this accessibility statement does not encompass the integration of our e-signing partners, Scrive and Signicat. For detailed information regarding their services, kindly consult their respective accessibility statements.
Accessibility features
- Text alternatives: text alternatives for any non-text content are provided.
- Keyboard navigability: the website and form tools are fully navigable using a keyboard.
- Screen reader compatibility: the website and forms are compatible with most screen readers.
- Semantic HTML: we are rewriting our html code to ensure it is semantic and accessible.
- New CSS templates: implementing new CSS templates to improve accessibility.
- Calendar module replacement: replacing the calendar module for question types “date interval” and “date & time” to enhance accessibility.
Non-accessible content
- In the first phase, the form designer will not automatically ensure the creation of accessibility-friendly forms. Instead, we will provide good guidelines and example materials.
- The scroll functionality in the matrix/list question type with a table appearance may pose certain accessibility limitations depending on how they are designed. These limitations are described in detail in our guidelines, allowing you to make informed choices and adjustments.
