Our recruitment process

We want to be sure that you are the right person for the job, but it also important that you feel that Sweet is the right workplace for you. The recruitment process works as below:

1. Application

You submit your application to Sweet by filling out the form at the bottom of the job advertisement, via email or via LinkedIn.

2. Selection

We review the received applications and contact the most suitable candidates for interview.


3. Interview

You meet our HR representative Daniel Äng. The purpose of the first interview is to see if you are the right person for the job position and the team.

If the first interview goes well. You will meet a representative from the team, for a second interview. During the second interview we want to get to know you better and of course, give you more information about your future role and about Sweet as an employer.


4. Qualifications

We will confirm your references and make sure that you qualify for the new role, you will be asked to complete some assignments. Depending on the future role this can, for example, be a programming test or any other case testing your skills.


5. Welcome to Sweet!
