How the Sweet + Kivra connection works
The connection between Sweet and Kivra is built through an API and can be activated instantly via Sweet Automation.
1. Create and send – Sweet Automation generates your digital form or PDF and sends it directly through Kivra’s API.
2. Customer completes and signs – The recipient receives a notification in Kivra, fills in the form, and signs it securely within the app.
3. Automatic collection – Once completed, Sweet automatically retrieves both the response data and the signed PDF back into your system.
