How the Sweet + Kivra connection works

The connection between Sweet and Kivra is built through an API and can be activated instantly via Sweet Automation.

1. Create and send – Sweet Automation generates your digital form or PDF and sends it directly through Kivra’s API.

2. Customer completes and signs – The recipient receives a notification in Kivra, fills in the form, and signs it securely within the app.

3. Automatic collection – Once completed, Sweet automatically retrieves both the response data and the signed PDF back into your system.

You can use the Kivra Action as part of your existing workflows or combine it with Sweet Digital Forms for a fully automated, end-to-end experience, from form creation to signed delivery.
