What is Sweet Solutions Lab?
Sweet Solutions Lab is our internal forum for innovation and problem-solving. Here, business consultants, project managers, product experts, and application consultants come together to identify common challenges that our customers face—and find smart ways to solve them using Sweet’s products.
The goal? To package frequently requested solutions that make it even easier for our customers to optimize and automate their workflows. We base our work on real customer needs and create solutions that can be quickly implemented and deliver immediate business value.
Sweet’s solutions are at their best when we leverage the toolbox that our Sweet platforms offer, combining it with strategic thinking, consulting, and smart adaptations. The focus of Sweet Solutions Lab is on these recurring, requested, and effective adaptations that can be packaged and offered to more customers. Through discussions, workshops, and careful ranking, we create concepts that can be quickly implemented and provide immediate business value.
Some of the areas we explored during this lab day included how we can automate the entire customer lifecycle with Sweet Automation—and how we can better integrate our solutions with other systems, such as Microsoft Teams.

Automated customer journey with Sweet Automation
One of the areas we worked on during Sweet Solutions Lab was customer lifecycle management—something that often requires manual work and multiple systems.
By using Sweet Automation, we can offer a solution that:
✔ Automates onboarding and follow-ups — the system sends welcome messages and creates follow-up tasks automatically.
✔ Integrates customer data from all your systems — CRM, email platforms, and support systems synchronize for a unified customer view.
✔ Creates event-driven workflows — activities can be triggered when a new customer registers, when inactivity occurs, or when a new sales opportunity arises— you define the rules!
✔ Reduces repetitive work—decreasing manual updates of customer records or reminders for follow-ups; everything can be automated.

Automated Teams notifications on key signals
Another concrete example that emerged during the day was how we can automate notifications in Microsoft Teams for visitor registrations, status changes, or other events.
Here’s how it can work:
✔ A visitor fills out a registration form to log their arrival via Sweet Forms—quick and easy.
✔ In the background, an automated workflow in Sweet Automation processes the information and matches it with the right recipient.
✔ Immediately after the form is submitted, an automatic Teams notification is generated and sent to the right person or channel for notification.
✔ Prevent critical tasks from being overlooked—receive reminders when your deals or quotes are about to expire.
The result? This eliminates the need for manual updates and ensures that the right person always gets the right information in real-time, making it applicable in scenarios where Teams is used as a rapid communication channel!
