We are now looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow quickly at the intersection of technology, business and customer needs. You will join us at an exciting stage as we build our next-generation, fully AI-native platform – with the opportunity to help shape it from the very beginning.
This is a junior role with significant responsibility and ownership. You will quickly become involved in real customer projects, have the opportunity to test your ideas and develop at a pace few other roles can offer. We believe in learning by doing, supported and encouraged by experienced colleagues every step of the way.
Your role
As an Application Consultant, you will become a key member of our implementation team, working closely with both colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in implementation projects and developing solutions on the Sweet platform
- Configuring and tailoring Sweet Automation using low-code and no-code tools
- Working with integrations and data migrations within customer solutions
- Delivering training and helping customers get the most out of our platforms
- Communicating project status and progress directly to customers
- Gradually taking on project management responsibility for selected customers and projects
You will grow into the role step by step – from developing an in-depth understanding of our platforms to independently managing projects and becoming a key member of the team.
Experience and qualifications
You have a Master of Science in Engineering. Beyond your academic background, we place just as much importance on who you are as a person. Previous experience in implementation projects is not required, although it is, of course, an advantage. You will learn everything you need with us, step by step.
You are a tech-minded person who is curious about systems and how technology can solve real business challenges. You enjoy understanding the bigger picture, not just the code. You are also a sociable team player and a confident communicator who enjoys working closely with both colleagues and customers.
You do not need to know how to code, but an understanding of different programming languages is an advantage.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
